Default Ab Lounge

Hey i was thinking about getting an ab lounge. However i've tried these kinds of pieces of equipment before and they're all just fads. However i've heard some good about this product. PLease give me any input u may have on the ab lounge to help my decision. thanx

Go to the 'Search' option above and hit enter, then type in ab lounge-presto!
This 'search' option takes any effort out of getting some info on stuff and things.

If your gonna use it then it's fine. Don't expect the machine to do it for you, all it relly does is motivate you to do abs.
