Default about hst -need advice

hai guys ,anyone here can share their experience and training routine of hst.basicly im lookin for put on mass.i heard hst is one of the best .so i m goin to start the training next week.it is must to know the 15,10,5 RM before start the traning?thanks

you MUST read up on 0311's post in the training forum regarding hst...

his brother gained 11 lbs in 2 months following that program...! so its definitely a MUST if you want size...

read 0311's post and then post your questions again here... but i doubt there will be any - coz 0311 has answered all possible questions clearly

as for whether u need to know ur 15, 12, 10, 5 rm... the week before u begin hst, monday = 15's, wednesday = 10's and friday = 5's... but this is better explained by 0311...
