Gender: | hai guys ,anyone here can share their experience and training routine of hst.basicly im lookin for put on mass.i heard hst is one of the best .so i m goin to start the training next week.it is must to know the 15,10,5 RM before start the traning?thanks |

| Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 3-5 Years | you MUST read up on 0311's post in the training forum regarding hst... his brother gained 11 lbs in 2 months following that program...! so its definitely a MUST if you want size... read 0311's post and then post your questions again here... but i doubt there will be any - coz 0311 has answered all possible questions clearly as for whether u need to know ur 15, 12, 10, 5 rm... the week before u begin hst, monday = 15's, wednesday = 10's and friday = 5's... but this is better explained by 0311... |
