Default Abs

For abs I see many people doing them 3 times a week can you over work abs? would you recomend doing it 4 times or more a week?

Just about. But, like any muscle, they too need some time for recovery. Try just every other day from now until forever and you'll be doing good. ;)

if you really wanted to couldnt you techincally just work a different part every day? upper abs, lower with obliques, so every day you would be working out your abs but just different parts and give you time to rest in between
