Gender: | ok so ive been trying to get a six pack (or atleast stronger abs) for a while now, and i was wondering if there are any different splits or workouts for them. right now all i do is one giant set: Crunches x50 crunches with legs at ninety degrees x45 crunches x40 skyscrapers x35 straight leg raises x30 touchdowns x25 hanging leg raises x20 decline bench crunch x15 help would be greatly appreciated |

Gender: | We all have ripped sixers. Some of ours are hidden under some "protection" ![]() Its all about diet and cardio. I will be started my carb cycling diet on Monday and hopefully this fat will melt off. |

Gender: | i believe that i have created a caloric defecit. I just redid my diet and i have cut out all bad sugars. ALso, i have upped my cardio from 4 days to six. I will either run or use an eliptical for roughly 40 min. per day. |

Gender: | i have been doing this (6 days of cardio) for about a week..i weigh my self three times a day at the same time every day... i normally can get a consistant weight and lately it has plateud (SP?) at 260 and i would like to get it down to roughly 250. i had been doing cardio for four days a week for roughly 2.5 months... my goals are to get a six pack and lose the fat on my body. |
