Gender: | another great bodyweight exercise to do are dips. those will get your arms pretty strong. if you need weights to do biceps curls with and don't have access to any dumbbells right now, just fill up an empty 1 gallon milk carton with rocks, sand, water, whatever to get it heavier and use the handle to lift it. plus, throwing in a few sprints here and there is better for building muscle than long-distance running. |

| do you really not have a gym within a few miles of you bro? I understand if you dont, but if your serious and really want to improve your body you need to make the commitment and join a gym if you can. On the other side of that, if it simply isnt possible, or the gym closest to you is like 40 miles or something, you can improvise like others have said. Body weight movements, dips, pull ups, push ups are a good place to start. But eventually you will need weights to push or you wont progress. |

Gender: | Don't get discouraged. You can either improvise or join a gym like others have suggested, but for the best gains do not solely isolate the bis and abs. Compound movements, especially the big 3 (squats, deads, bench) will give you the most improvements for your entire body in a shorter time than isolations ever will. Good luck! ![]() |

Gender: | ^^^ Solid advice. This is the thing that alot of people don't understand. Hit the big 3, you will notice a HUGE difference in as little as 4-6 months. |

| Rank: Lightweight | what you can also do is get a set of push up bars. shouldnt be no more than 15 to 20 dollars. get a deck of cards shuffle them real good. whatever card you pull thats the amount of push ups you do. aces are 20 and face cards are 15. anythign pulled under five you keep pulling until you get a higher number add the cards up and that wil be your set. straight legged lunges, pistol squats. different positions on the push up bars to target shoulders. there are many things you can do with out a gym. you wont get super huge but you wil get really strong and stay in shape. go to youtube and type in rosstraining just like that. this guy has a whole bunch of excersizes and he demonstarites everything. anymore questions feel free to reply back. i have a bunch more websites on my home comp that i can give you so as soon as i get there i will post them for you to see |
