| Rank: Lightweight Experience: > 1 Year | Ya I was wondering what lifting weights counted at as well. You don't really get your heart rate up like cardio but it is very high intensity otherwise (or it should be! lol). If I had to guess I would say at least very active if not extremely active for you. |

| Rank: Middleweight Experience: > 1 Year | Lightly active - someone that isn't sedentary Moderately active - up and about all day long Very active - exercises 3 days a week Extremely active - you That's the way I always looked at it. When you consider all of the other people in America, you are in the top 1% as far as activity level goes... I don't know where you're from though..but that's just an example. |
