Christ, if you're gonna say the "he said" thing, make sure I SAID IT!
I usually do DFHT (if bodybuilding) which is UNDULATING...Different rep ranges per exercise, ect..I'm doing Westside now which has my ME lifts set a any given RM followed by higher rep hypertrophy for the supporting cast.

Linnear is THIS program listed by FI or HST...

Simple as that

I personally told Anuj that he seems to PREFER an undulating program..

Never said that the program I posted WAS undulating..

If you're gonna start misquoting me, it's easier for me to say, "Good luck" instead of bothering to help.

Boy this is the last time I nitpick over periodization schemes. Got you guys into a big bru-haha. I didn't want to put words in anyone's mouth one way or another. I could tell what you, 0311, was saying in the shoutbox, but I also understood why Anuj could be confused. The shoutbox can be very confusing. It's my fault. I didn't expect to become a go-between and didn't want to speak for other people.

EricT's Sig:I'm tired of the myth that bb'rs aren't flexible. As a group, they are extremely flexible. They have an amazing ability to bend over, place their heads between their legs, and blow smoke up their own asses.

LOL, I posted that last night after I drove 6 hours from Phoenix AZ to home in Orange County, CA.

I don't mind getting a e-tongue lashing by Anuj...
