Gender: | If you haven't been doing A2G squats and you start it now, man, you're gonna love it. I don't know enough about Westside to discuss it, but if you do what Kane described, I think you'll be amazed... Yes, you can't really replace deadlifts with SLDL's. However, if you want to further isolate your hammies then you should choose, imo, Romanian Deadlifts instead of SLDL's. Look for a discussion on Romanians here. They are probably described elsewhere on the forum, but that is the only place I could think of. |
