| Rank: Member | I'm coming off of my decline from the OVT program and am making a new routine. I plan on doing legs 2 times a week. I was wondering should I go hard one day then the next day go easy on my legs or go hard both days? Sould I continue to superset everything? And would it make a big difference if I switched deadlifts to stright legged deadlifts? What muscles should I combine on days? How amny workouts should I do per muscle? I was thinking... Sunday - Chest and back Monday - Legs Tuesday - Bis and Tris Wednesday - Shoulders Thursday - Legs I like having Friday and Saturday off |

You can do Stiff Legged deads, but keep your regular deads and do them on back day, they are a must have. I wouldn't do DE squats, I'd stick to your plain old heavy ass A2G's. Maybe: Lower 1: A2G 1x5 (5x5 pyramid to max set) Leg Press 3x6 Stiff legged dead 3x6 Seated Calf raises Lower 2: A2G 5x5 (same weight) Power Cleans 3x5 A1 Leg Curls A2 Leg Extension Standing Calf raises That's my two cents, but I'm sure somebody else will either back me up or lend their own opinion ![]()

well, i've already provided u with the westside option which is GREAT IMO... but Kane's suggestion is good too... damn.. now i'm confused.... no, seriosuly, both options are great eddie... now, no more discussing routine's or i'll jump ship and start westside myself... and i'll get bashed by eric and 0311.... which i DO NOT want...
