Default Angled one-arm side laterals

Hi guys, I wonder if some one here can explain to me how to do this exercise the right way and maybe show me a couple of pictures (which is really what I am after).. I been looking online for them but only find "one-arm side laterals".. Thank you....

One more thing, did anyone here saw the Sep. 2005 Flex Magazine issue "X-man Program" and if you did what do you think about it? Because I am thinking about starting it... If some one doesnt have the issue let me know and I could post the Exercises, sets, reps and days to be performed

do you mean standing or sitting/laying down?
Well here is a site that will show you a bunch of angled raises using a bench, lying on your side and on an incline.

BradG I think thats exactly what it is.. ... But this is how its explained in Flex Magazine:

Angled one-arm side laterals Are performed by grabbing a secure vertical post (one where there is no danger of getting fingers pinched) with one hand and "hanging" from it. The idea is to lean away from the upright so your torso is at about 60-degree angle with floor. Using your free hand, pull up a dumbbell in a lateral raise. Pulling up a dumbbell from this angle more effectively stresses the medial deltoid head than just about any other movement.

Now, if you guys can get me some more pictures of this that would be great. That way I will know exactly how to do the movements. Thanks

about that program how much experience do you have, from what i know most of the programs posted in bodybuilding magizines are pretty advanced

the pic above is the finished position of the movement. after that you just lower the weight to your side so your arm is perpendicular to the floor. and repeat. make sure you flex at the top of the movement and you don't swing the weight

Ok thanks.. About my experience, I do have some experience.. I started when I was 18 and went to gym for 2 straight years, I quit because I was busy with work, schools and trying to start a business.. But now I got back on track and been going to the gym for 2 months straight.. This program is not so advance at all, it just tell you what exercises to do for an “X-Man figure”.. You know wide back and shoulders, small waist and bit legs.. Just like a super hero..
