Gender: | Hi Guys. Great site by the way. It looks like I might actually get some answers and good advice here. I am 28 and only really started working out in the last six months. I have gone from weighing 69kg to 86kg in the last 3 years which I am pretty happy with. I am also fitter than I have been in years (I ran the Amsterdam Marathon three weeks ago) wI ould like to turn the bulk i have gained in ripped muscle but it just ain't working. When I finish a workout I am quite impressed. I look big, etc, but the next day it seems to have all dissapperaed again. I see no lasting change at all. I also still have more than I would like around the mid section. What am I doing wrong? Later, Jamluti |

Gender: | First, welcome to the boards. If you give us some more details we can probally give you a few suggestions. What is your diet like? Tell us what you usually eat each day and what the macronutrient breakdown is (carbs, protein, fats). What is your training like? How many days a week, what type of training, etc. Also what is your cardio like? If you are constantly running long distances and doing marathons this can have a big effect on your gains. Once we get some background info we should be able to give a few comments.. |
