Gender: | You guys are right on both counts: arms & chest are considered one part in this workout. The program is designed to be a year-long program, I only described the first phase (13 weeks) and there's 3 other phases to it. At the very least, I'm using it to develop more ideas on exercises and routines - otherwise, I'd go into the gym and make a fool out of myself ![]() |
