Gender: | Imagining a grade 1 strain + working out with grade 1 strain = "doing dumb shit I dont need to be doin" jkGive it some more time, because a grade 1 can turn into a 2 or 3 pretty quick if you don't recover enough. |

Gender: | Absolutely. You misunderstood what I wrote in the sticky, btw. The purpose of that was to emphasis the importance of IMMEDIATE first aid. I meant if you hurt your arm, for instance, DURING a workout, you need to stop right away and begin first aid, immobilize the area, etc. To minimize further damage, bleeding, etc. I didn't mean you could never work your legs if you had an upper body injury. It depends on what the injury is. |

Gender: | Same shyt happned to me. infact even yesterday i strained my arm, usually id wait 7-10 days beofr ehitting the gym. also in the mean times work on your core or lowerbody. |
