Default Assistance Exercises for Starting Strength

I'm sorry if this has been covered, I tried searching first.

What's the best way to add in dips and pullups/dips in SS?

i like pullups on dead days...and dips the other days...pullups usually 4 sets to failure...dips 3 sets....weigthed if possible.
