DEADLIFTS and pullups.

lat pull dwns. wide gip . mid grip. close grip. reverse grip
bent over rows. straight arm back extention.
ur back is huge one of the only muslces u can do so many work outs on.its like a kid in a cady store whe its back day and u walk into the gym. i like that. some one should quote me. lol
im starting to think im waistig my time replying to these posts.....

Wide grip pull ups on a straight bar dominate the lats
My favorite is single db rows

This is funny because nowhere in any of these posts does it ask for a rep/set range, simply 'more' exercises.

Just google search and you can find exercises. I also think there is a sticky about exercises on here.

Try reading the forum instead of just posting please.
