Default Being Tired

Was wondering why I am feeling so tired the past week or so. Not sure what it's from, I am eating healthier than ever, working out, and drinking more water than ever.

Do you guys feel tired for a while after a hard workout week?

I guess it could be because I am working out, but I am tired basically all day even when I get 7-9 hours of sleep each night. Guess I should try getting in bed around 11 or somthin sometime.

Guess I don't have much info to go on here... just askin

This past week has been brutal on me as well. I am completly wiped after my work out. And since I work out in the morning it's not a good thing. Of course It could be the SD or the CKD or both but man am I hammered. Real sore as well. Usually it passes after a few days, we will see. Blood sugar could be low.

If I eat right before I go to the gym, my whole day gets messed up. You can use some stimulants to bring back ur energy tho.

Are you having sex more than 12 times a day? Including the play with rosie, if so that could be the reason.

Heh not to brag but this week I've been just full of energy, feeling just amazing. I attribute most of it to my diet though, I have been on a high protein, high carb, low fat diet and eating extremely clean and been feeling just great. For me it could be just the contrast between this diet and my last diet which was low cal ckd style.. I was so used to being out of it and completely lethargic that perhaps actually having the normal/above average energy levels I have now seems like a massive high. Could be you're just real busy and outdoing yourself abit mojo.. or maybe not getting enough quality carbs. Most of my carbs have been coming from whole grains, bananas and veggies these days and I find my energy levels remain more or less consistent throughout the day. I've also been drinking a fair amount of skim milk and I won't go more than three hours without eating something. I'm human though, will usually be a little tired for a couple hours after the wrokout but shower and food always helps. My guess is it's etiher or schedul or your diet.. also how well do you sleep? Even if you are sleeping 8 hours, it may not be quality sleep. PErsonally I often wake up alot during the night and then can make me tired the next day.

I've felt a lot better this week. I am eating 8 meals a day, spead out perfectly usually. Been having incredible workouts this week as well. All's better, I am actually getting hungry inbetween my meals sometimes even though I am eating about 3 times as much as i used to before i began this routine and i never used to get hungry ever. So I may actually add more to some meals.
