| hey, I need help with a bench dip problem, usually when I do them I put a dumbell on my stomach? area for the extra weight, but the problem is sometimes they fall/roll off causing problems. Any ideas of how to keep that from happening? I tried doing regular dips but whenever I go over there its always taken. |

Gender: | Not sure what to tell you. If your having such a big problem , don't do them. Just wait your turn and use the dip machine. Or you could tie a rope around the db's and have at er. |
