Gender: | when i do bi workouts often times i find that one side will feel more pumped then the other and vice versa. Does anybody else get that? |

| Rank: Member Experience: 2-3 Years | Its not about the pump, not is about making sure you tweak that pinky towards the body at 6* perpendiclar to the plane that bisects the sternum. Forget what you read in the mags...concentrate on continual progression. And in all reality, you don't even need to work bi's directly for growth. Compound movement's such as rows and pullups will do the most. |
