Default big mike program

hey all. got a question.
i have just started a program located in the stickies, under big mike.
i havent quite finished my first week yet but im a lil suprised im not sore at all. not even after traing a big leg session.
Is this normal or do i need to push harder, i do think im pushing hard enough with outa spot though.
stats
21
95kg
170cm tall
17% bf
any thing else
how much cardio do i do a week
how often do i do cardio

As long as you push yourself you will do fine. Being sore after a workout is not a requirement or even necessary as long as you can honestly say you did what you had to do in the gym. Keep up the good work.
