| Moderator Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 7-10 Years | I'm not refuting that the pectoralis is ONE muscle, I agree. I also want to state that doing bench press does in fact work the upper chest to some degree. But, what I am saying is that the tensile contraction will vary with certain angles of pressing. Some angles do in fact stress the fibers to various degrees, hence incline, decline, ect. |

| Rank: Bantamweight | My chest is not very big...along with the rest of me. However, I do know people who have big chests (and arms, and legs, etc) and got them w/out inclines. I was just (poorly, I guess) trying to advance their argument against them. Plus, my delts are weak, and I think they lead me to fail on the lifts before my chest is ready to. |

| When I find time right now full time job and on weekend my dad decided to want another garage so probably another month or so till thats done and after work I run 2 miles. |
