Default Bill Starr's Power routine

Hey guys, i see the power routine is basing itself on 3 days a week, i was wondering how i could maximize my work out by adding something either during Saturday or Sunday??

Those are good rest days...that will maximize your workout....

EAT,SLEEP,TRAIN....

Once your neck deep into the program you will shed tears of joy when saturday and sunday come around.

If your putting your all into the program 3 days a week is plenty. Like the others mentioned, the farther you get into the program the more you will appreciate the recovery days.

I would just stick with the layout that is there for the first time through and if you really feel you need more then adjust, otherwise you can find yourself overtrained deeper into the program.
