I have the bowflex and i personnally think its the worst machine i have ever seen in my life, and what they dont tell you is how many hours it takes to assemble. but if it's working for u currently then stick with it

after my brothers rotator cuff surgery, the doctors recommened a total gym. This was more for physical thearapy then anything else, but it worked well for him. I've used on several occations for cutting/endurance type training and it actually works well.

you just have to know what your getting, it isnt something your gonna pack on tons of mass from, but it will help with range of motion, strength, endurance ect.

I have a bowflex and love it. Guess it just depends on what you like to do. I'm getting the bowflex free weight system eventually so I'll have the best of both worlds I guess.

Bowflex is way overpriced and IMO not effective. To help with your ROM until you can get back to free weights try buying some cables it's way cheaper and probably as effective if not more than the Bowflex

He then shouted, "HOW DARE YOU RHYME IN THE PRESENCE OF CHUCK NORRIS!" and ripped out her throat. Holding his girlfriend's bloody throat in his hand he bellowed, "Don't fuck with Chuck!" Two years and five months later he realized the irony of this statement and laughed so hard that anyone within a hundred mile radius of the blast went deaf"
