Is it alright to use the bowflex for exercises you cant do on the bench?

boxflex is a good machine if your working out at home. i use it at my house for my back workouts and tricep pulldowns. try to get to a gym though its much easier to work out in a gym that has a machine for every section of your body its much easier and fast to get your workout done instead of having to deal with adjusting the bowflex. im not to behind the bowflex as far as building muscle i just havent had many good workouts with the bowflex oppose to other machines
