Default bruises and creatine

i got two questions: i was with my friend at gold's the other day and i was curling 50 lbs., exerting alot of pressure while doing it. afterwards i got a bruise dead-center in the middle of my lower forearm. does that mean a vein burst?

and a question about creatine: is it solid muscle creatine builds or water weight? what are the drawbacks to creatine?

i dont think a vien burst, but ive never had this type of problem before i know when im curling alot of weight i get a feeling in the middle of my forearm and it feels like tis going to snap literaly but i just blame this on bad form what was your wrist looking while u were doing this was it straight or was your hand pointing towards the floors sometimes when im going all out i forget about my form and i focus to much on gettin the weight up which is bad.
