| Rank: New Member | i got two questions: i was with my friend at gold's the other day and i was curling 50 lbs., exerting alot of pressure while doing it. afterwards i got a bruise dead-center in the middle of my lower forearm. does that mean a vein burst? and a question about creatine: is it solid muscle creatine builds or water weight? what are the drawbacks to creatine? |
