Default Bulk or tone out?

Hi, Im new to the forum, basically clueless about body building, i thought it was so easy, just work out, but now i learn, Eat this, Eat that, Drink this, ive always been a healthy eater and always pretty lean, I been working out at the gym for 6 months now, about 3-4 times week.

Before:

Now

Ill take any advice you can give.
My biggest problem is trying to deside if i should continue to try and stay lean or bulk up?

I am currently eatting lots of Whole wheat bread, eggs, chicken, peanut butter, milk, water (5-6 liters or so a day) I avoid all sweets and sugars
I am almost 16 years old and i plan on wrestling next year.
I am 5'10
I do about 150+ sit ups a day
3x10 chin ups (unassisted)
3x10 each arm curls of 25 lbs
4x10 legpress 180lbs
4x10 elevated pushups
and a few machines

Help me out guys. I need all the advice and critique i can get

I am a beginner ill hit me with all you got :]]]]

You can lean/clean bulk and stay pretty lean. Read the stickies in the nutrition forum, especially the "How to bulk" sticky. You need to be doing the heavy compound movements. Squats, deadlifts, bench press, rows, etc. Read the "Why aren't you growing??" sticky in the training forum also. Those two threads will be the most beneficial.

What is your goal in bulking or "toning?" Does your training support this goal?

Agreed. Just want to point out that is pretty incredible at 15-16. I started around your age but looked no where close to that. Keep up the hard work, it will pay off. Pretty lean enough, I suggest a clean bulk if you are worried about fat gain.

Thanks tons, From what i have herd, Its in my genes, My dad, all his brothers were good at football, They were all big tho, Combined with my moms "Lean" gene i think that im a little bit muscular and lean at same time. On the other hand my older brother was a pretty big boy, he was always a little chubby but when he got into working out he turned it all into muscle and after 3 years of lifting his bench press was 375. When i can only do about 135 or 140 thats pretty impressive to me :]].

My daily intake on calories is >1000. All i do is eat healthy and drink alot of water, will this get me bigger yet a bit of muscle too?

This is my diet right now

Definilty bulk up.

Bulk another 40 - 50 pounds, then cut.

If you do a clean bulk you won't lose much definition.

Your diet isn't healthy. Read the stickies like I suggested in an earlier post in this thread.
