| im in a bit of a situation and i cant decide what the best thing to do is i have a good upper boddy but its my thigh area where theres a bit of fat.. now when i work out i usually focus on upper body and never do squats/deadlifts as many trainers reccommend simply because i think it wil just make my legs bigger which i dont want.. id rather they be a bit more proportionate to the upper body should i do cardio and weight train.. how can i get rid of the fat around the thighs while at the same time getting big? thanks |

Gender: | I wanted to get rid of some fat and I tried doing 1-2k jumpropes a night and I did end up losing ten lbs...and I was only 150 to begin with. I did this after my weight-training though. |

Hit these compound movements regularly. The probelm here is your diet most likely! There is no way to spot reduce fat... with that you should post your diet. Someone on here will help you tweak it. |

Gender: | First, I strongly recommend bringing squats and deads into your routine to bring your body into balance (upper/lower). Second, the more muscle on your frame the more total calories your body will burn in a day so yes absolutely weight train. I recommend either adding or carefully increasing your cardio level to help burn fat off, but you need to make sure your diet is in check as this is the biggest factor in successful fat loss. Good luck. ![]() |
