| Rank: New Member Experience: > 1 Year | I am not sure on how to target my lower chest with cable flyes. It seems either i am squeezing the upper or mid chest but for some reason not the lower chest, I mean lower chest where our man nipples are located. The cable fly machine has a settings between 1 - 13. I set the setting to 7 or 6 which is the middle, but it doesn't seem to get the lower chest. I asked some guys in the gym and it was recommended at half way. When doing the exercise I am using the mind muscle connection. Does any one know what is the correct setting for the cable flyes for lower chest. I also do decline bench, dips, pull over, lats pull down, and serratus pull down, and iso peck deck press. Plus I am on a strick control diet..... |

| You can not target a piece of a muscle, your pec grows as a whole. Stick to heavey pressing movements and let the flys go, unless of course all you want is a pump, then you can do them all day long, but you still wont see any growth from them. |
