Gender: | hey everyone, the new coach as the weightroom open monday-thursday, but on friday he's having us do a mini practice sort of thing where we scrimage against ourselves instead of lift. now is it a good idea to do rippetoes only twice a week or should i do some other routine mon-thurs and kill people on friday? i dont care how sore/weak i am all summer as long as during the season im an unstopable force. thanks. |
