| Well track season for me is over, now i want to get back to lifting weights. For a sense, track made me more mentally stronger and i will probably be able to stick to my plan precisely this time. I was wondering if i can start out back on ripptoe's beginning strength, and bulk and drink my weight gainer AND go running on alternate days when i'm not lifting. Is this possible or is it overtraining? |

| how many days lifting and how many cardio days? I dont see anything wrong with running 2-3 days a week.... as long as you arent running like 10 miles a day haha... sprints would most likely be better than distance running |
