Default Cardio and Resistance Training

I was wondering when is the best time to do my Cardio Exercises. Currently, I am on a 4 day split, thus if I will do Cardio of at least 3 times a week then it will get my off day schedule.

Is it okay to do cardio and weight at the same time? When is the best time to do it? Before or after weight training.

I would at least keep one day completely off from everything.

I personally would try and keep cardio at opposite ends of the day depending on your goals. If your goal is weight gain, I would definately keep cardio 6-8 hours before or after weightlifting. If you're cutting, I don't see why you couldn't do it right AFTER weightlifting. I'd never do cardio before lifting as it would hinder performance.
