Default chest / tri ?

i am trying to change my split from 1 bodypart a dat to a 4 day split and i am a bit confused about the chest tri thing? allot of the splits i have seen on the net have these 2 together but wouldnt the tries be crapped out after a chest workout? any sugestions on a good 4 day split ? i see allot og routines in mags but i realize they are for advanced and very juiced bodybuilders were recovery time and such are not the same as a natural guy

That's the whole point. They probably won't be crapped out but they'll certainly be hit. That's a good thing. Presses of any kind work the tri's good and hard with heavy weight. A few isolations to finish them off and you're good to go.

4 day workout:

1: upper
2: lower
3: off
4: upper
5: lower
6,7: off

Everyting gets hit twice, with at least three days rest.

Never had a problem doing tries after chest.
Actually chest is not a very large muscle and you shouldn't be so wiped out unlike doing back or legs.
