| i am trying to change my split from 1 bodypart a dat to a 4 day split and i am a bit confused about the chest tri thing? allot of the splits i have seen on the net have these 2 together but wouldnt the tries be crapped out after a chest workout? any sugestions on a good 4 day split ? i see allot og routines in mags but i realize they are for advanced and very juiced bodybuilders were recovery time and such are not the same as a natural guy |

Gender: | Never had a problem doing tries after chest. Actually chest is not a very large muscle and you shouldn't be so wiped out unlike doing back or legs. |
