A power rack is the way to go.

i really don't care what rippetoe thinks. i know whats comfortable for me, and i would NOT want to squat down to face some spotter's family jewels. i think 0311 emphasized on this very well

i used to be one of those rippetoe nazi's who only did what the great rippetoe told him to do....ah fuck that. time's have changed and just doing one thing isnt good. i have learnt that to get the most out of this game, we must take the good from EVERYONE and not just have our source of information narrowed down to one person. knowledge is strength supreme and more knowledge used correctly = success.

Word. I try to combine the best ideas from what everyone tells me. My coach is great, but he is to interested in stretching after a WO, and he is kinda negative when it comes to supps. What 0311 typed and the "gayest possible position" posting are worthy of gut-busting laughter!

Haha I like your coach. I'm very interested in stretching after workouts also. And I'm very negative about supps!
