Anyone heard of this program

i'm kind of doin one like that you can go to www.blastyourbench.com
it's a three week program i'm on my second week and i can definately tell the difference in my endurance

So you have to buy it?? How's bout a basic explanation as to it's main principles. I'd like to know what the rest of the bodybuilding world doesn't!!

it basically put everything u train for toward your bench. It stresses on progressive overloads, variety (for bench), rest and recovery and HIT
