Gender: | Cardio is a must....you might want to do it 5 days a week at 30min sessions.....As for the weights, as long as your intensity is up then you will burn calories. |

Make sure you keep your protein high if you dont wont to lose muscle. A good ECA stack or Clen would also be a big help. | |
