Default cutting

im ready to get more tone up right now in lifting heavy and low reps
so should i lighten up the weight an do more reps and cardio hit the weights three times a week and do cardio 3 times a week?

need help never tried to cut

Cardio is a must....you might want to do it 5 days a week at 30min sessions.....As for the weights, as long as your intensity is up then you will burn calories.

Increase reps and decrease rest time ;)
Make sure you keep your protein high if you dont wont to lose muscle.

A good ECA stack or Clen would also be a big help.
