For the joint pain you might want to look into Labrada ElastiJoint. It has pretty much everything you need to support healthy joints, although you won't notice any change for atleast a month but it should help a ton.

Max-Ot for the workout plan. You can start out at about 45 min., three times a week. It's free at ast-ss.com.

For cutting fat and keeping muscle, IMO, nothing beats the CKD. You can get all the info at c-k-d.com.

I do both of the above, not verbatim, I've modified it over time to better fit my custom needs, but I stay strict on the principles.

That CKD stuff sound mighty interesting, I am going to try that when I do a cutter after may be a year. Until then I am going to be bulking.

You might have missed the fact that his joints hurt and he has arthritis. Max-OT is definately not for him.

Damn he is too young to have arthritis, better be taking shit load of that glucosammine chondroitine and SAM e. If you are trying to cut the fat down, you need to do more cardio, taking a fat burner will assist u a little bit.

I'm with Reporter, the CKD diet would be perfect for you. It will take a little reading and studying but it will be worth it.
