Just thought I would check back.

Started the revised gym workout today. I did bench first, then squats (for some rest of the arms) then OHP using DB. The DBs require alot more stability but I think it'll go well. This combination of DB and BB OHP should be quite beneficial I think.

On friday we'll do OHP again but with BB and prioritized before bench.
I'll let you know how it goes.

You can check out my journal in the journal section (duh lol) if you'd like to know some more details.

I think it is definitely the way to go. If anything, your shoulders will thank you.

EricT's Sig:I'm tired of the myth that bb'rs aren't flexible. As a group, they are extremely flexible. They have an amazing ability to bend over, place their heads between their legs, and blow smoke up their own asses.
