Gender: | between...GVT, Max-OT, and just doing 3x8 which program would be the best way to go? And which is "supposed" to help reach quickest results? I don't want to get "HUGE" persay but i want to be cut, i guess the best way to describe it is somewhat of a "beach body" look. I just cannot decide which would be the best way to go. Any suggestions or help would be great, because i am completely lost as of now. |

Gender: | I've done both, GVT I find gets boring. Max OT is OK but not as high in volume. BUT...what gets you the "beach body" is cardio and diet. There are bodybuilders that do any routine they want and all they do to get cut up is change the diet and do a lot more cardio. SOOOOOOOOOO... what are you doing for cardio and how does you diet look? |

Gender: | HIIT seems to be working for me, why dont you try that brother, you got nothing to lose man but that fuking lower belly fat. Also windsprinting works well for getting cut out, these combined with a good diet will get you a beach body brother. Green Man |

OR Mon HIIT, Tue&Wed off, Thur Distance, Fri&Sat. off. I'm pretty sure you mean the first one but I just want it to be clear. if so then that's a good start. but it all means nothing if you diet sucks.:( | |
