Gender: | You would never load for 1 week and then deload. Your first week is a little lighter and a deload after that makes absolutely no sense. You would do the Loading for a period of 3-4 weeks and then a deload. Even after week 4 you may be able to continue on for another week of loading and then a deload. After your deload you can do another loading cycle. There is a pretty big writeup on all this in the training forum. |

| Rank: Member Experience: 3-5 Years | Experience wise about 5 years mostly trial and error except for the past 2 years i got everything on track diet/training/focus etc... Mainly doing DFT 5x5 back to back with intensity phases also adding some HST in the mix. What do you mean strength levels exactly? (ex. How much weight for certain exercises) |
