Default Did ATG Squats today!

Feels good.... starting back at a lower weight and getting my form down better this time. I went low, and held it. Didn't think I was that flexible!

Just thought I'd share.

nice!! it sucks having to go down in weight so much doing A2G, but the development really pays off. stick to it

yeah, i'll second that, it always sucks having to go down in wieghts on anything, but it will help with your progress a lot in the end.
