Gender: | My initial thought is that your triceps are stronger than your lats, while your tri's, chest, and anterior deltoid (bench muscles) are as strong as your posterior deltoid, scapula, bi's, and rhomboid (row muscles). I'd say that it's hard to compare a vertical pull to a horizontal one since you're not using quite the same set of muscle combinations. |
