| the methods are a bit different to anything i'd tried before, and its NOT easy but it produces great gains both in strength and mass. it is very demanding, both in & outside of the gym. i had done it once before and it worked very well for me, and i've started up again this past week and all i can say is wow. has anyone else tried his methods? i'd like to see what some of you other peeps think of 'em.
