I concentrate on the squeeze at the bottom of the rep...I bring the bar down very low and hold it for a second. I get my chin over the bar doing pull ups, but there are still a few inches of range that I have if I lose 20lbs or do pull downs. |

Gender: | Pullups I do chin over the bar. Pullups I like to do chin over the bar but if you really want to hit them hard pull up to your chest. The first time I did those my lats were sore for days. |
