Gender: | I've been having a reoccurring pain in my left elbow. I guess it could be caused by any number of things but I think it's b/c I've been upping my weight a little too high on kick backs. On days I have the pain it makes my arm stiff and hurts to fully extend it. When it first happened I stopped working out for a week to let it heal and started back again with just a little less weight on my last sets but it's hurting again. How long do you guys think I should stop my routine for and what if anything else should I do to insure a full recovery this time? |

Gender: | Well I just started doing kickbacks b/c I thought maybe it was the skull crushers that were causing me to hurt myself but I think it just may be that I'm using too much weight. What is a tricep excercise worth doing? I'm only working with dumbells here. |

Gender: | The pain in my elbow turned out to be the tendon to my bicep. I'm doing the RICE thing now. How long shoud I wait before working out again and should I start back with less weight than I usually lift? |
