Favorite - Pendlay rows or flat barbell bench

Least favorite - I like just about everything in my routine... except maybe tricep extensions, I hate those

I'll have to agree with everone who said calve stuff....definitely something I despise.

EricT's Sig:I'm tired of the myth that bb'rs aren't flexible. As a group, they are extremely flexible. They have an amazing ability to bend over, place their heads between their legs, and blow smoke up their own asses.

I use to hate pullups a lot because I could barely do one, but now that I can do them I like them a lot more.

Hmm theres nothing I absolutely hate. I hate not hitting what I shoot for on squats. They are the only thing that can really aggrevate me. Usually they make or break my workout. I never use to do bbell rows but love them now

Favorite would be squats, with bench as a close second. Bent over rows bring up the rear, but that might change as I get better at them

FlyUSMC's Sig:Bulking with all this cardio is like having an eating contest with myself.
