| I just finished a full cycle of HST, the results have been fantastic. It's a great work out, doesn't take me very long (45 mins) and I see results! Now the question is, what next? Another HST routine? or some type of variation? I would like to keep my workouts to around 45mins! Thank you for any input! |

| Cool, I'll do another HST cycle with some different exercises. After that I might explore something else, as it may get boring. It has helped put on some muscle mass, and I've always had trouble with that. Thanks for the input guys. |
