Gender: | I'm just curious on what accessory work you did for your bi's and tri's. I think im going to go with close grip bench or skullcrushers for tri and prob standing b-bell curls or preacher curls for Bi. Whats your guys experience? I'm getting my maxes this week and starting it next week after fully recovering from being in vegas for a month. Im pretty Damn PUMPED!!!!! |

Gender: | Usually I rely on chinups/pullups for bi's and if I do any tricep it is most definitely some type of extension...usually a skullcrusher. But there really is no absolute need to do any extra arm work. That's why it's called accessories. And notice an accessory is different from an assistance exercise. |

Gender: | I personally did barbell curls/pullups for biceps and skullcrushers/weighted dips for tris. Really you can do whatever you enjoy for the accessories exercises. |
