Gender: | At some point if your diet isn't there your strength gains will stop too. But at first most gains are neural in nature. There should be a little mass but just the fact of gaining strength without a lot of mass accumulation is nothing to panic about. Depends on how long you've been at it. However, the point about diet is still solid. |
