Default getting a six pack with back problems

This is my first post here BTW. I am a muscular built 43 year old male. I want to have six pack abs but I have a bad lower back that gives me a lot of pain. What exercises can I do that wont aggravate my lower back and wont take a big piece of equipment. I can work out at work on a carpeted floor with no one around.

Diet is the main thing to get you that six pac. You might try to put your legs up on a chair and do crunches. Don't put your hands behind your head, leave them loose in fron of you. You can also lay on a table with your legs hanging off the edge. Have your butt on your hands and do leg lifts. This usually will take the pressure off your back and is great for the lower abs.
