Default Getting massive

I have been doing a mod. version of the SS 5x5. I hear that it creates a good balance between strength and size. What I want is more of an increase in size, and less of strength (assuming I can't have all of both). I know there is no magical size number, but what should I do to become bigger? I'll worry about getting toned later. Thanks.

kimm touched on it a little. I truley belive you have to keep your body guessing and not adapting to a work out. Heck I even had some really good results with my fullbody workouts and with little free-weights.

But I felt the time came to change it up and now I'll go with mostly free wightt for a bit.

For the past 9 months I've been doing alot of wave loading type workouts. I feel like I've making some pretty decent gains.

Here's a pretty good article that explains how it all works.
